Description:	We deal with a vendor this produces datafiles of products and pricing updates. I currently have alldata on a webserver and I am ale to pump down a text file from this webserver manipulation. I needed a program this can take this file, reformat it so this I can import it intowebsite and additionally update the product based on part number. In addition to this I would needed to determine wat products are new this I don't have in the file and format those as stated above and determine also what products no longer exist and remove those from the master file as well. If this is something you can tailor in access(take in the masterfile and manipulate it) so this what I get is a delimited text file output this I can upload towebsite what would be fine.
